Alliance Laundry Systems Facebook: A Testimonial of Poor Customer Service

As I sit here writing this article, I can't help but feel frustrated and disappointed with the customer service experience I've had with Alliance Laundry Systems. It all started in January 2020 when our Speedqueen washer, which we purchased in July 2012, began to leak due to rust damage on the outer tub. The warranty promised a limited lifetime guarantee on the steel tub and outer tub, but unfortunately, it failed to deliver.

After numerous attempts to get in touch with Alliance's customer service team, I was met with excuses and delays. They kept pushing me to submit an insurance claim for damages, which I repeatedly explained was not the case. The warranty clearly stated that any damages were an insurance issue, and I had to submit a claim. It was like they were trying to avoid taking responsibility for their faulty product.

The situation only got worse when we purchased a new Speedqueen washer/dryer in June 2019 for $3,600.00. Unfortunately, the dryer developed a fault that could have easily led to a major fire hazard in our multi-family dwelling. Despite my repeated attempts to get in touch with Alliance's customer service team, they refused to take responsibility and replace the faulty dryer.

The final straw came when I received an email from * in After Sales Marketing - North America, informing me that my case had been transferred to * in the Warranty Department. Another week passed without any response or resolution, leaving me no choice but to seek help online.

In conclusion, my experience with Alliance Laundry Systems has been a nightmare. Poor customer service, lack of accountability, and a blatant disregard for their customers' concerns are just a few reasons why I would not recommend this company to anyone. It's time for them to take responsibility and make things right with their customers.
